Accredited Massage Therapy Program in the Cleveland Area
The massage therapy program at the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage prepares students for entry-level roles in the massage therapy profession through a combination of classroom instruction and supervised hands-on training. Coursework includes anatomy and physiology, massage theory and technique, ethics, and business fundamentals, all designed to support safe, effective, and professional practice.
A core component of the program is the student clinic experience, where learners work with members of the public in a supervised clinical environment. This hands-on training helps students build confidence, refine technique, and gain practical experience before graduation. Instruction is led by experienced professionals who emphasize ethical care, client safety, and the role of massage therapy within healthcare and wellness settings.
Graduates are prepared to pursue licensure in Ohio and seek employment in medical offices, wellness clinics, rehabilitation centers, spas, fitness facilities, or private practice.
